The Apartment
Modern 2018 build in the city center of Ericeira. A+ energy rating with capoto insulation throughout. No mold — guaranteed. Dehumidifiers maintain a constant 50% humidity level, keeping every room warm and dry year-round.
Three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment sits on a quiet residential street, five minutes on foot from the beach and two minutes from the town center with cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Living Room
Fireplace, projector with surround sound, Nintendo Switch, and a dedicated podcasting room with full sound isolation. The living room doubles as a coworking space during the day with standing desks and ergonomic chairs.

Granite countertops, all appliances included, and a washer/dryer combo. Nespresso machine, air fryer, blender, and everything you need to cook and live comfortably.

Private garage with dedicated surf board and wetsuit storage. Come home from the beach and keep your gear organized.

Two full bathrooms with rain showers. Towels and toiletries provided. Cleaned twice a week by our house manager.

Founder
After years of building startups while living between Bali and Scandinavia, Antonio saw two worlds he loved — the warmth, open-air community of Balinese villas and the clean, minimal, functional design of Scandinavian homes.
In Bali, he found the magic of living alongside other entrepreneurs — sharing meals, swapping ideas on the terrace, building together without the loneliness of solo remote work. In Scandinavia, he discovered how thoughtful design and quality materials make a house feel like a permanent home, not a temporary crash pad.
Neither existed together anywhere. So he built it. Survana is that blend: tropical soul meets Nordic precision, set on the Atlantic coast of Portugal — where the surf is world-class and the community is just getting started.
